We’re gathering as a church in two different ways this season:
Every Saturday at 4pm, we gather in person at Queensgate Baptist Church (15000 119th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034). We recently resumed one room for Risen Hope Kids, which is currently available on the first and third Saturdays of the month. This room is for kids aged 3-7. Our gathering remains a family style gathering for younger and older kids during the weeks this room isn’t offered, and at all times for families that prefer being together for the duration of the service. We always have activity packs available for kids to use during the service. There is also a nursing mother’s room located at the back of the main sanctuary that is open to parents with children aged 2 and under to use at their discretion.
Here are some things you should know if you plan to gather in person with us:
- If you or a member of your household are feeling sick in any way, we ask that you please refrain from attending until you and your family are feeling better.
- Out of respect for our hosts, Queensgate Baptist Church, please do not bring outside food or drink into the worship sanctuary.
- We ask that everyone wear a mask while inside the Queensgate Baptist Church Building.
- Although those running general operations will wear masks for the entire service, whoever is teaching and whoever is leading in worship on a given week will remove their masks during those specific times. We will make every effort to ensure that a safe distance is being maintained.
Every Sunday morning, a recorded service from the Saturday evening before will be available on Risen Hope’s YouTube page. If you’re not comfortable gathering in person during this season, then this is a great way for you to join us for our weekly service. We also invite you to join us for Sunday Prayer prior to watching the service online.
If you have any questions about the above information or are new to Risen Hope and would like to connect with us, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team here. We appreciate your continued prayers during this time: that God would keep our church family (and Queensgate Baptist) healthy and united in Christ Jesus, that by God’s mercy the virus would finish its course swiftly, and that our gratitude and appreciation for undeserved graces (like gathering in person) would be enjoyed in greater fullness than they could have prior to this season.
